If you want to add different vegetables or chicken go ahead. The flavors will all come together, and that’s the wonderful fact of Indian food.
Ingredients: Sweet Mango / Mamidipandu 1 Method of preparation: Peel, chop mango into small cubes discarding the seed. Notes: Make sure to adjust the sugar according to the sweetness of mango.
Mango Puree 2 tbsps
Milk 2 cups
Sugar to taste
Blend chopped mango, milk and sugar together into thick shake adding icecubes at the end.
Pour into serving glasses and garnish with mango puree.
Serve immediately.
Enjoy…Learn some Indian moves. Have fun :)!
The most amazing thing about indian food is,not only does it taste amazing, but the colors are just even more intriguing to me and it almost invites you,it begs you to taste it. If you haven’t tasted Indian food, I would say find an Indian restaurant and GO :)! Tip: If your mouth is sensitive to spicy food, ask the waiter or the chef if the food that you ordered is too spicy or non-spicy. ASK :)
Hello to everyone,
I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Lima Guggiari. I am originally from India,Kerala. I was born in India but raised in Switzerland by an American mother from Boston and a Swiss Italian father. All my life I was intrigued by the Indian culture, but I never really had the chance to look further into it. I have finally decided that I wanted to make a blog out of it. I will bring you on a long journey to India. I’ll be talking about Indian food, traditional dances and in particular I’ll be talking a lot about the music. I hope you will enjoy this trip to India as much as I do love blogging about it.
Best,
Lima
